Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
This course was developed by the American Heart Association for advanced care in cardiac arrest victims. The ACLS course provides the participant with knowledge and skills to manage a cardiac arrest situation.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support Course (PALS)
This course was developed by a joint project of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Heart Association. The PALS Course provides information and skill sessions that enable the participant to manage a pediatric resuscitation.

Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
This course was established by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Heart Association. The NRP course provides information and skill sessions that enable the participant to manage a newborn resuscitation. The goal of this course is to train delivery room personnel resuscitation skills.

Breastfeeding Basics
A review of breast anatomy and physiology, use of the LATCH tool, alternative feeding tools, breast pump use, medication use with breastfeeding and a review of interventions for complications with breast feeding.

This course focuses on documentation strategies for the OB nurse and includes discussion on communication and liability.

Pediatric Potpourri
This class covers a hodge-podge of medical emergencies for the pediatric in addition to pediatric assessment, IV therapy, respiratory assessment and interventions, medication administration and calculation.

OB Potpourri
This class covers a hodge-podge of medical emergencies for the OB, in addition to pharmacology for OB inpatients, assessment of the OB patient, lab values in pregnancy, and transporting the high-risk OB patient.

OB Crisis
This class is a full day discussion of obstetrical crisis topics which include: Preeclampsia and HELLP, shoulder dystocia, pulmonary complications, umbilical cord prolapse, uterine rupture, uterine inversion, stabilization and transport, and resuscitation of the obstetric patient.

Trauma Nursing Core Course
TNCC, widely recognized as the premier course for hospitals and trauma centers worldwide, empowers nurses with the knowledge, critical thinking skills, and hands-on training to provide expert care for trauma patients.
      *Rapid identification of life-threatening injuries
      *Comprehensive patient assessment
      *Enhanced intervention for better patient outcomes
This course combines interactive learning with scenario-based assessments to give nurses a comprehensive learning experience. The course includes:
      *Systematic Approach of Initial Assessment
      *Hands-on Training Using both an Individual and Team Approach
      *2 Day Intensive Course with Expert Instructors
      *24 Chapter Comprehensive Manual
      *5 Online Modules with Live Links to Additional Information
      *Evaluation, Verification, and Contact Hours
Successful completion of the course requires 80% or greater on the multiple choice exam and 70% or greater on the skill station evaluation. RN Candidates with successful completion will receive the ENA TNCC 4 year provider verification card. All attendees will be awarded contact hour certificate with appropriate contact hours. 17.65 contact hours are awarded for course completion.
