If you did not pick up your blood screening results at the Health Fair or did not leave a self-addressed & stamped envelope at the time of your draw, please stop by the GRMC lab to pick up your blood screening results. These results do not get sent to your physician. If you want these results as part of your medical record, please take these results to Goodland Family Health Center where they will be scanned and added to your file. Thank you to all of the vendors, the many volunteers, NWKTC, Wal-Mart and the sponsoring organizations for another successful Health Fair! |
