Prepares, cooks, and seasons food for hospital patients, employees and visitors according to menu prepared by nutrition services director and following physician's diet orders. Maintains a sanitary work environment, cleans the kitchen, equipment, and utensils.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Experience: Prefer prior experience in large scale food preparation and knowledge of special diets, but will train otherwise qualified candidates.
Certification or Registration if required: Serv Safe Certification desired
