KathaniAmin Vahabzadeh, MD

Dr. V, originally from India, grew up in Centennial, CO, knowing since the age of 7 that she wanted to become a doctor. Dr. V trained in a combined 6-year medical program and received her undergraduate B.A and M.D. from the University of Missouri in Kansas City. She completed training in dermatology at the University of Kansas Medical Center, and was in private practice in Kansas City, KS and Lawrence, KS for 3 years prior to moving back home to CO. During her time in Kansas City, she was fortunate to be able to perform free skin cancer screenings in underserved areas throughout the state, including one time in Goodland. She is thrilled to be able to offer services here in a regular capacity and is looking forward to getting to know this community.

Dr. V enjoys practicing general dermatology and treating patients of all ages. She treats common skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis, eczema, warts, rashes, pre-cancers, skin cancers, and performing surgical procedures to remove them. She believes in individualized patient care and a patient-centered approach.

Dr. V loves long walks, yoga, hiking, reading, journaling, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family to rejuvenate herself. She prioritizes having an optimistic attitude, and always being grateful for all that she has and what she gets to do, helping and serving others.
