Your input is important to us as we work to improve our patient experience.

We grow with patient feedback, so as part of our journey to excellence, we partner with PRC excellence, a third-party healthcare market research firm, to administer surveys about your visit. We would greatly appreciate your participation in these surveys as we continue to improve our patient experience.

Not all patients will be contacted, but if you are randomly selected to participate, PRC excellence will contact you on behalf of Goodland Regional Medical Center within a short period of time following your visit. Most surveys only take a few minutes to complete.

Survey responses and comments will be combined with other patient comments to get an overall picture of how GRMC is doing. You have the right to decline a survey�if you would prefer not to be contacted, please inform a staff member.
